Who do you support?
I work with individuals, professionals, athletes and leaders navigating emotional pressure, life transitions or personal challenges that are affecting their confidence, wellbeing, relationships or performance. Some clients come to me following divorce or betrayal. Others are dealing with burnout, pressure, identity loss or major personal and professional change.
Do I need to be in crisis to reach out?
Not at all. Many people I work with are managing work, family and daily life, yet privately feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from themselves. Support doesn't have to wait until breaking point.
Can support help if my personal life is affecting work or performance?
Absolutely. What people carry privately often affects confidence, communication, focus and decision-making more than they realise. That’s why emotional support isn’t just about personal wellbeing, it can positively impact every area of life.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of my work. Many clients choose to work with me because they value having a private, non-judgemental space to talk openly and honestly about what they are experiencing.
What happens in a coaching session?
Sessions are confidential, practical and tailored to you. You’ll have space to talk openly about what’s happening, gain clarity on your situation and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we focus on helping you regain confidence, emotional steadiness and a clearer sense of direction. The important thing is moving at a pace that feels manageable and supportive rather than overwhelming.
How is this different from therapy or counselling?
While there can be overlap, many people come to me because they don't just want to understand what they're feeling, they want support navigating it. My approach combines emotional support with practical tools and guidance to help people regain clarity, confidence and emotional steadiness.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, sessions are held confidentially online via Zoom or Teams for clients across the UK and internationally.
