How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your individual situation. Some clients find significant progress within one or two sessions, while others may choose ongoing support to address deeper issues or evolving challenges. I’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your goals and timeline.
Can you help me even if my breakup or divorce happened a long time ago?

Can you help with other areas of my life besides my breakup or divorce?
Absolutely!  Although breakup, divorce and domestic abuse emotional recovery is my main focus, many clients find our work naturally supports other areas too… from rebuilding confidence and self-worth, to managing stress, improving relationships or preparing for future dating.  My role is to help you feel stronger and clearer in every part of your life, not just after separation.  For organisations, these same tools strengthen resilience, reduce burnout and protect performance across teams.
